Mariarputham(for State of Tamil Nadu) : Assuming there are some problems with EWS, same may not be used to hinder OBC reservation.

A Mariarputham makes submissions for the State of Tamil Nadu now. He points out that Article 15(5) was upheld by the Supreme Court in Ashok Kumar Thakur case in 2008.,
