Nayyar: A premier institution like NLSIU cannot abdicate.

Gupta: To say that the governing body (of the Consortium) made the decisions is not right.

Narsimha: The public law duty imposes upon them an obligation to ensure that the very object and purpose of the Consortium is upheld.

They should come back and participate in the CLAT-2020 exam.

Narsimha: The way this matter has gone on has pained me. Ensuring that NLU's will conduct the exams in a specific manner was the purpose of coming together.

What will happen if medical institutions start doing that. It is not in a nature of club to walk in, walk out.
