3. Does he tell his EC that on 28th August, I have myself signed to have CLAT on 28th September?

Gupta goes over minutes of documents and that the Chair requested the VC to take leave of the BCI so that the CLAT could be conducted within time.

“The Vice Chancellor took all necessary steps to conduct examination in September 2020, we are in September” 

Gupta: After this you want to start any course - even a science course - you may do what you please and conduct whatever entrance test.
