Jaisingh: the integrated system must ensure that referral made to the hospital should have adequate doctors and facilities, patients say that the referrals are made on wrong hospitals and then they take out their anger on the doctors

CJI: the state has rolled out an integrated hospital management system....

Court observes that the system monitors the online discharge, online drug prescriptions etc. Online realtime bed vacation monitor will also be there
