The Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) has launched a Help Desk to assist its members with procedural and substantive matters related to Supreme Court practice. The Help Desk will be staffed by experienced AORs who can guide a wide range of issues, including filing deadlines, case preparation, and court procedures.

In a letter to the Secretary General of the Supreme Court, Mr. Nikhil Jain, Honorary Secretary of SCAORA, informed the Judges about the launch of a new initiative. This initiative, inspired by valuable suggestions from the Judges, aims to serve as a vital resource for all Advocates-on-Record (AORs).

The letter further stated that the initiative would be helpful for new AORs who are just starting their careers. The Help Desk can help new AORs to navigate the complexities of Supreme Court practice and to avoid common mistakes.

The Help Desk is located in the SCAORA office and is open twice a month, on the first and third Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. AORs can also contact the Help Desk by phone or email.

The SCAORA encourages all AORs to avail themselves of the facility and take advantage of the collective experience of the fraternity.
