ASG: Every case of dog bite is to be notified. Reporting is essential. It was not being done earlier. As many as 25 states have notified [that cases have to be notified]. In next affidavit, we will inform how states are implementing

J Nath: Since when are they pending?
AWBI: After 7/11 order, many applications have come...There are 883 running, but recognition not given by us. S.3 of ABC rules provide a detailed procedure
J Mehta: Is physical verification done by Board?
J Nath: AWBI must process pending applications with expedience. Either accept or reject.

ASG Archana Pathak Dave: I am on rabies. In 7 November order, there were 2 directions. Compliances on nodal officers are coming. On rabies - public health and sanitation is a state subject, however Union govt strengthens states in terms of budgetary allocations.

NHAI (on Maharashtra): 499 stray cattle...29 municipal corporations...2691 stray cattle removed from roads and shifted to gaushalas...for lifting cattle, lorries are required with trained staff
On Punjab: They have not pointed out how many cattle
