Bench: (We’re passing General order for all boards) We direct the Boards that schemes be formulated and notifies in 10 days from today and also declare the internal assessment results by 31st July, like timeline specified by us for CBSE and ICSE.

Bench: NIOS has canceled the exam and is in the process to formulate a scheme

Bench: Boards may have their own schemes. but we make it clear We are not endorsing correctness or validity of scheme of concerned Boards

Bench: That be done expeditiously. In addition scheme must provide mechanism for redressal of grievance of students after result declaration as done by ICSE and CBSE

Bench: As regards Assam, affidavit has been filed stating 10th and 12th exams have been cancelled and scheme is being formulated for internal assessment marks.

Bench: For Andhra Pradesh, Counsel will take instructions on matters in respect of which certain aspects have been discussed in course of arguments
