Supreme Court : It is in that spirit that the Supreme Court has assumed jurisdiction suo moto under Article 32. Therefore, we clarify that the High Courts need not be restrained from dealing with the issues.

Yatin Oza says that Gujarat Hospitals are insisting on coming in ambulances for admission. 108 if dialled will not respond before 24 hours. Newspapers have reported that patients have died because of this. Oza adds that Guj HC is looking at it.
