Ahmadi : The High Court observed it was innocuous and we hoped it was substantiated by subsequent events.

Ahmadi : If you name a particular person as commissioner in the application, an apprehension of bias is created. Why are you cherry picking a person?

Justice Chandrachud : But that's exactly your application under Order 7 Rule 11(for rejection of plaint)

Ahmadi : Yes it is pending. The first order was passed exparte appointing commissioner

Ahmadi : The prayers very categorically seek to change the character of this structure, which is a mosque.

Ahmadi : Suit for worship. But there is a prayer for declaration too seeking to declare that plaintiffs are entitled to do pooja, darshan etc of visible & invisible deities. Second prayer is for injunction against obstruction.

Ahmadi : Three aspects. The orders impugned are passed in a suit, 693/2021. The prayers in the suit are reproduced at page 1.

Justice Chandrachud : This is not a title suit. This is a suit for worship.
