Supreme Court on Monday directed States of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana to file a response in the plea filed by a resident of Noida who alleged that her commute from Noida to Delhi was taking her two hours instead of the usual 20 minutes due to road blockades as a result of farmers' protests.A Bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul directed the States to file a response by August 23rd....
