Sibal: This has been seen in the recent past. It is unfortunate that governors are actively involved in the politics of the country.

Sibal: In early hours of morning a governor gave the path of CM to someone and by early morning he had to run. Governors have acted far beyond their constitutional responsibility. I'm only giving my view.

Sibal: Members of legislature don't decide these issues.
