CJI DY Chandrachud: Today we have a speaker in a democratically elected house. Tomorrow you may have speaker in parliament. Can the SC say that sorry we're now overriding the mandate of the speaker? We will retrace our steps back, restore a speaker who is no longer speaker?

CJI DY Chandrachud: You support the course of action taken in Nabam Rebia when it suits you and when Nabam Rebia creates an issue, you don't support it.
