Allegation is extorting people to use chill powers, acid and dandas- no documentary or oral evidence associated with me, no seizures.

Conspiratorial meeting at Chandbhag- no evidence, no words associated with me.

They say, getting money from Tahir is terror funding- where is the evidence?

Next, is there test identification parade? something should be there to connect me, I don't know this man.

The finding is, I created whatsapp group and it shows my involvement- I created for lobby, but test is there should be instigation

I am citing Najeeb, its UAPA case on delay. Next, Javed Sheikh. Now, Jalaluddin khan principle-bail is rule and jail and exception. On delay itself, there is para in Javed.

Next general law- Article 21.

This is ironically, kafkaesque- HC is saying you have been benefitted and therefore, I should be kept in jail-para 147 of Delhi HC judgment.

The bail application alone in para 2.1 is kept pending for 3 yrs, 4 months- stark case! fact isn't there is any case.

See next date- after 2022, listed 90 times! renotified, separate benches. Mylords intend by Nov 7 was very different but carried out much latter.

1. I am in jail for 5 yrs, 5 months -from 11 april, 2020

2. 16.9.2020 chargesheet filed, annual ritual is filing supplementary chargesheet every year. Larger issue is can filing chargesheet generated indefinitely?

3. the other 3 supplementary are Nov 2023, last is June 2023.

List of dates is important- after matter travelled from HC, fatal flaw, look at extraordinary delay- I am cutting 2 years, this is after SC says are entitled to seek bail on merits, item 12 I apply for parity- no order is passed comes in HC and item 13, it doesn't get heard before it is transferred to Manipur...item 15, arguments concluded but judgment not reserved and directed to be listed with other matters. Item 16 it is released from bench, talking of bail, after 3 years delay and in item 17, the trial court records investigation complete and then comes the impugned order in September. 

J Kumar: where is the counter, sir? you are the leader of the Bar Mr Sibal, what do you go in these things? how do you get over the difficulties of hon'ble judges?

Sibal: Quite frankly, if the counter is filed, it must be ensured that it is served to judges

Singhvi: last time there was a 5 minute discussion and it was kept for Friday...we understand the matter is coming on friday, it is served to us on thursday, delayed tactics
