Vinod Dua Case : Live Updates From SC Hearing

Singh: "What I( Vinod Dua) said is not definitely there in the FIR. On both counts, it is neither sedition nor statements creating or promoting enmity, hatred or ill will.

Singh says that he is trying to show that there is complete distortion in the FIR from what is actually said in the program conducted by Dua.

Singh : The FIR stipulates that this is "An act of instigating violence against public & prime minister"

He now goes over the Transcript of the Video.

"5.05 Minutes is where they say the offending part begins"

Singh now goes over the contents of FIR.

Please note this part (as is mentioned in the FIR)-

"Narendra Modi has used deaths & terror attacks to garner votes"
