      Sr Adv DS Naidu (for ECI): No names given, at 12.30 this is what we received on Saturday

      Diwan: We gave district-wise particulars

      CJI: We don't want dispute on facts. Otherwise we will have to ask Chief Secretary

      Diwan: Names are compiled and ready. They are all Group B

      Diwan refers to his note: Process will end on 14 Feb, so there is tremendous urgency. On Feb 4, bench made certain observations. Draft roll published has 7.08 cr electors approx. Out of these, 6.75 cr approx. are mapped (each elector was mentioned in 2002 list or identifiable through some family member in that list). 32 lakhs were unmapped. I am focusing on mapped. 1.36 cr of WB electors were found through a process known as "logical discrepancy".
