Training Programme on Resolving Disputes through Alternate Dispute Resolution-With Special Training on Negotiation and Mediation

Dates: 24 -26March 2017.
Venue: Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar
The Training Programme is designed to give the recipients a holistic view of alternate dispute resolution. Lectures will be conducted by the instructor entirely in English. This will be done through 16 hours of intensive sessions (24 – 26 March 2017: Per day 4-5 hours).
This programme intends to train participants to become a good negotiator as well as mediator.
Faculty Detail:
This training programme will be conducted by Mr. A. Marisport, Assistant professor of Law, Gujarat National Law University. He is a life time member of Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). He has presented papers relating to ADR in domestic and international seminars. He has published research articles in renowned arbitration journals and legal journals including ICA quarterly. Eligibility: Under Graduate students & Post Graduate pursuing Law, Social Science, Commerce, Management and Science, Professional and Academician
The intake of Training Programme is 40 participants. Applications will be selected on first cum first basis. The registration process will be closed after receiving the first 40 candidates.
Registration Fees:
*Participant has to bear additional cost for accommodation and food as per GNLU charges.
