Educational Qualification: Post graduate/Graduate in Law –Qualification as a Company Secretary would be an added advantage.

Work Experience: Minimum 08 years – Must have worked in commercial banks, Financial Institutions in Law/ Recoveries Departments and handled related work for a minimum 4 years, practice as an advocate will be an added advantage.
