Vacancy for the post of Translator at Supreme Court of India

  • Supreme Court of India has invited application form the eligible candidates for the post of translator for translating the documents/papers etc. of the Registry from Assamese, Gujarati, Malayalam, Marathi, Maithily, Nepali   and Punjabi to English.

    Eligibility Criterion: The candidate must have had the vernacular language concerned as the medium of study in X and XII or Graduation or the said vernacular language should be one of the languages studied in X or XII or Graduation.

    How to Apply

    Such members of the Bar Associations who are willing to be considered for empanelment as Translator may send their applications in the prescribed format (Annexure 'A') with enrolment no. received at the time of enrolling as an Advocate, from the concerned Bar Council together with the photocopy of the Identity Proof to the Registrar (AIM), Supreme Court of India latest by 28th  May, 2015 till 5.00 p.m.
