EdCIL (India) Limited , a Government of India Enterprise has invited applications from the professionally qualified candidates for the post of Project Manager, Project Officer, Contract Specialist and Consultant on contract basis. The posts will be located in Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice or project space allocated under the project. The posts will be under the direct supervision of the Deputy Secretary and the Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice.

Age Limit

• Project Manager & Project Officer:  Maximum 50 years as on 01.07.2015.
• Contract Specialist & Consultant:  Maximum 40 years as on 01.07.2015.

Monthly Remuneration

1. Project Manager: Rs. 75,000/- p.m. (including all statutory contributions of employee)
2. Project Officer: Rs. 60,000/- p.m. (including all statutory contributions of employee)
3. Contract Specialist: 35,000/- p.m. (including all statutory contributions of employee)
4. Consultant: 40,000/- p.m. (including all statutory contributions of employee)

Educational Qualification

Project Manager

1. Essential: Bachelors Degree in Law from recognized University.
2. Desirable: Master’s Degree in Law from recognized University. Education in Human Rights or Social Science will be an asset.

Project Officer

1. Essential: Bachelors Degree in Law from recognized University.
2. Desirable: Education in Human Rights or Social Science will be an asset.

Contract Specialist

1. LL.B. from Recognized University

Consultant 

1. Essential: Bachelors degree in Law or Masters Degree in Sociology/Anthropology/Political Science/Social Science/Public Administration/Public Policy.
2. Preferable: Ph.D in the desired field or LLM

Experience

Project Manager

 03 years of relevant professional experience working on development Projects, including some experience of civil society organization, preferably in the North Eastern States and Jammu and Kashmir.

Project Officer

 01 year of relevant professional experience working on development Projects, including some experience of civil society organization, preferably in the North Eastern States and Jammu and Kashmir.

Contract Specialist

1. Essential: Minimum 2 years of experience of drafting and management of contracts, experience in project monitoring & evaluation and reporting on progress of the project.
2. Working knowledge of computers Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Hindi.
3. Preferable: Experience of working on development projects, working with the marginalised communities at the grassroots level and civil society organizations on Access to Justice related issues.

Consultant

1. Must have minimum 03 years of post qualification research experience of working on access to justice or related issues
2. Experience of researching for and preparing extensive reporting formats and editing reports.
3. Must have minimum 03 years of previous work experience in Jammu & Kashmir.
4. Demonstrable experience in research and documentation.
5. Good analytical, communication interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Previous exposure to community level issues relating to access to justice is desirable.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Computer Skill – Fully conversant with using the different applications related to Microsoft Office
