One more bench of the Bombay High Court recuses from hearing NIA appeal challenging the bail granted to controversial cop Sachin Waze by a special court in the infamous Antilia Bomb Scare Case. 

Justice Bharati Dangre and Justice Ashish Chavan, both recused from hearing the NIA appeal.

Justice Dangre said, she had in an earlier round already passed a reasoned order that she won't take up Waze's case as he was also involved in another case concerning a minister (Anil Deshmukh).

Justice Chavan too recused from hearing the appeal stating that he had appeared for CBI in the Anil Deshmukh case.

Notably, yesterday evening Justice Sarang Kotwal heading a division bench also comprising of Justice Ranjitsinha Bhonsale had recused from hearing the appeal.
