Bombay High Court expresses shock over the fact that in the Mundhwa land deal case, the Pune Police has not named Parth Pawar, son of Deputy CM Sunetra Pawar, as an accused despite the startling fact that he owns 99 per cent shares in Ameida Enterprises LLP, which purchased the 40-acre government-owned land parcel at a rate much less than its actual value.
