Former MP Subhashini Ali and NGO PUCL India have approached the Supreme Court seeking intervention in the pending 7-Judge Bench Reference concerning the scope and limits of legislative privileges. This comes after Journalist Ajit Anjum and Kunal Kamra also sought intervention.
