Supreme Court to hear today petitions seeking suspension and prosecution of CEC Gyanesh Kumar over SIR decisions allegedly taken unilaterally.

Bench of CJI Surya Kant, Justices Bagchi and Mohana will hear the matters.

Plea also seeks SIT inquiry into voter deletions.
