Upadhyay: Please see the latest judgment of this court in 2025 [Pinki v. State]. Children are abducted for forced conversion also. Children from 5 states abducted, Kerala HC ordered CBI probe. Most trafficked victims are illiterate

CJI: there's no deficiency in law as such. It's a question of implementation.
