Calcutta High Court declines urgent hearing of #TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee’s plea challenging media dissemination of information relating to cases against him, alleging that it has led to a “media trial”.

Banerjee had sought intervention against reporting of investigation-related details.

Court directed the matter to be placed in the December monthly list.
