Calcutta High Court declines to dismiss a plea by Mamata Banerjee-led TMC to operate their bank accounts which had been frozen by the WB Police.

State argued that the plea must be dismissed since the TMC had lost claim over the accounts since the Election Commission had passed an interim order separating both factions as Mamata-AITC and Democratic-TMC, whereas the bank accounts were lying in the name of All India Trinamool Congress.
