Karnataka High Court Justice M Nagaprasanna has agreed to hear an application seeking recall of it's earlier order remitting the matter back to the trial court, for considering a private complaint against Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge and family members, who are trustees of Sidhartha Vihar Trust.
