Counsel: unfortunately there has been another incident of a very decorated officer who appears to have been killed. He was trying to chase and was crushed by the dumper around midnight on Monday.

Court: urgency is expressed as one of the forest officers has been crushed by a dumper carrying illegally mined sand. Let the matter be listed on 6th October.
