#SupremeCourt hears plea against BCI's PEARL-FIRST Trust

Adv Prashant Bhushan: We have challenged Acts...BCI in 2016 passed a resolution abolishing earlier Trust and transferring funds to a new Trust...we don't know what has happened to CBI investigation. They create a new Trust. BCI Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra declares himself lifetime trustee. He then establishes 1 law college in Goa and 1 other in Andhra Pradesh. 2 Acts are passed, we have challenged. We are saying provisions of that Act essentially make BCI totally incharge. 25/35 members of Executive Council
