Indian Secular Front has approached the Calcutta High Court challenging the ECIs decision to allot the ‘Envelope’ symbol being used by it, to Ritabrata Banerjee-led faction of the TMC.

EC: They are an unrecognised party, they cannot hold a symbol. It was given temporarily and used twice, then it was re alloted.
