Counsel mentions #WestBengalSIR matter before #SupremeCourt for urgent hearing

Counsel: Date was showing as 29th...it has not come in the list. Now showing on 5th October. There's urgency as on 6th, bypolls in Rejinagar are there. If it could be listed before that. These people did not take part in first elections...thousands of appeals not decided
