Bombay High Court's Kolhapur Bench refuses to grant "urgent hearing" to petitioners challenging the 14 orders passed by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in the past 10 months.

A division bench of Justice Sharmila Deshmukh & Neeraj Dhote said it will hear the matter on October 22.
