Supreme Court REJECTS a PIL seeking central legislation to tackle menace of ragging/#bullying in schools/pre-university educational institutions

Petitioner, a student, prayed that a subject on the evils of ragging/bullying be introduced and made part of Central/State Board curriculum

In view of directions already passed in Sukdeb Saha case, SC allows the PIL to be forward as representation to respondent-authorities for appropriate action that may be required at their end.
