Counsel mentions before Supreme Court NGT Bar Association plea related to tenure of NGT bench members

Counsel: My lords extended the tenure...but 3 benches of NGT will all have to stop from Sept 8. It would cripple. Please list before 8th or extend tenure till 15th (when the matter is listed). NGT can't have single member bench

CJI: Selections are probably already made

Counsel: But we do not know what's going to happen.
