SupremeCourt to hear today the petitions relating to the crackdown on the Delhi protests against the Chief Election Commissioner.

A bench of CJI Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi will hear the matters.

The petitions raise issues of mass detentions, alleged police brutalities, arbitrary closure of metro stations, internet shutdown etc.
