ADR Summit By The Asia Pacific Center For Arbitration & Mediation [6th May]

The Inaugural Session of the Asia Pacific Commercial Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM) Summit will commence promptly at 9:30 a.m. on the 6th of May. The opening remarks and introduction about the Summit will be delivered by the Ms. Iram Majid, Executive Director of APCAM. This will be followed by a warm welcome address by Mr. Anil Xavier, Chairman of APCAM. Justice Surya Kant, Judge, Supreme Court of India, will present the inaugural address, providing valuable insights on the subject matter. Furthermore, Ms. Anna Joubin-Bret, the Secretary of the United Nations, and Justice (Retd.) M.N.
