    The much-awaited NPAC International Conference is back! After a COVID-19 induced hiatus, the 13th International one-day conference will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 Shangri-La's Eros Hotel, 19 Ashoka Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India.     The much-awaited NPAC International Conference is back! After a COVID-19 induced hiatus, the 13th International one-day conference will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 Shangri-La's Eros Hotel, 19 Ashoka Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India.

    The inaugural address will be delivered by Hon'ble Justice V. Ramasubramaniam, Judge, Supreme Court of India. A special address will also be given by Lord Wolfson, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, UK.

    As in the past, there will be two international and two domestic sessions that will deal with important current and controversial issues in the law of arbitration. The speakers this year: Mark McNeill, Andrew Pullen, V. Niranjan, Rajat Jariwal, Atul Sharma, Ankit Khushu, Prateek Jain, ShouravLahiri, Nandini Khaitan, Samar Singh Kachwaha, Zoheb Hossain and Avinash Pradhan.

    In the afternoon,Anirudh Krishnan will highlight the important developments in arbitration law in the customary March of Law Session.

    The day ends with the popular Young Turks Session in which the speakers are:Amita Gupta Katragadda, TahiraKaranjawala, Naira Jejeebhoy and HinaShaheen.

    Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is the premier institutional arbitration body in the country. Founded in 2005 as a non-profit company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956, the NPAC works under the overall guidance of an outstanding Governing Council headed by Justice M. N. Venkatachaliah, Former Chief Justice of India. The NPAC has a Board of Directors that supervises the arbitration centre in Chennai and its other activities. The Centre conducts more than 75 arbitration hearings a month.
