The Square Circle Clinic at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is inviting applications for a Certificate Course on Criminal Defence Practice, a Continuing Legal Education programme to be conducted in Pune.

The course is designed for trial court lawyers with 2 to 7 years of experience in criminal defence litigation, and aims to build practice-oriented skills for those actively appearing before trial courts.

Instruction will be offered in Marathi, Hindi, and English, making the programme accessible to a wider base of practitioners working across trial courts in Maharashtra and beyond.

Sessions will be conducted in person, and will be led by a faculty comprising criminal defence practitioners, senior advocates, retired judges, and academics, offering participants a mix of courtroom experience and academic grounding.
