The Society of Construction Law – India (SCL-India) has announced its 5th Biennial International Conference on Construction Law & Arbitration, to be hosted at Hotel The Lalit, New Delhi, from 5th to 7th December 2025.For nearly a decade, SCL-India has been at the forefront of shaping dialogue on construction law and arbitration in India. Each of the four previous editions, held in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023, has been a landmark event, attracting over 350 participants, including sitting judges, arbitrators, experts, senior legal practitioners, and engineers from across the world.
