Vidhi Tamil Nadu: 'Rule Of Law Annual Lecture' By Dr. Arvind Subramanian On Fiscal Federalism

The second edition of Vidhi Tamil Nadu Rule of Law Annual Lecture will be held on 24^th January, 2026. The lecture will be delivered by Dr Arvind Subramanian, economist and former Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of India, on the topic "Fiscal Federalism and Sub-Federalism: Who are Perpetrators and Who are Victims?"

This lecture series is part of Vidhi Tamil Nadu's efforts to foster public-facing conversations on pressing legal and policy issues in the state.
