In Exhibit P9, it was communicated to the Akshyaya Entrepreneurs that they have to execute a revised agreement, the terms of which are yet not known to them.Justice N. Nagaresh gave a direction to the 2nd respondent (State's Secretary, Information and Technology Department) to consider the Ext.
