The Madhya Pradesh High Court has initiated a specialized “Capacity Building Programme” for aspirants and Advocates (belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and others) who are preparing for the Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Examination.
The programme, inaugurated by the Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, emphasized its commitment to provide guidance and structured academic support to aspiring judicial officers, regardless of their background.
Per the press note, the programme will run for about two months, comprising 110 sessions conducted on weekdays from 4 PM to 6:30 PM. The faculty of the said programme will include Judicial Officers, Advocates, and legal experts who will employ interactive teaching methodology, including case law discussions and dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.
Drawing inspiration from the life and teachings of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, the Chief Justice underscored the importance of determination and perseverance in shaping one's future. The Chief Justice encourages the aspirants to remain consistent, patient, resilient, and to treat challenges as opportunities for growth.
The Chief Justice further observed that becoming a judge was not merely about clearing examinations, but about cultivating values of fairness, compassion, integrity and responsibility.
He further congratulated the MP Judicial Academy and its leadership, especially Justice Vivek Agarwal, for adopting an inclusive and forward-looking approach.
He concluded the address with best wishes for the success of the participants and an exhortation to make full use of the resources provided under the programme.
