The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 06.07.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench for NCLT Allahabad for the period of 10.07.2023 to 14.07.2023. The National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) has issued a circular dated 06.07.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench for NCLT Allahabad for the period of 10.07.2023 to 14.07.2023. The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Shri Praveen Gupta (Judicial Member) and Shri Ashish Verma (Technical Member).
The matters are to be heard through Video Conferencing mode.
The Special Bench shall comprise of:
NCLT Allahabad Bench
- Shri Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj (Judicial Member)
- Shri Ashish Verma (Technical Member)
It is to be noted that Shri Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj (Judicial Member) shall first take up matters of their own Division Bench (NCLT New Delhi Court No. 2) and thereafter attend to matters before Special Bench (NCLT Allahabad) as per convenience.
The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 07.12.2022, and applicable between 10.07.2023 and 14.07.2023 only.
