Location: Pan India

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a degree in LL.B. (Either five years integrated course or three years course) from a reputed university.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensuring collection targets assigned basis product asset flag.

· Handling all cases filed by Bank. Duly represented by Advocates with adequate inputs of Asset recovery executives.

· Ensure daily customer visits to build rapport, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding dues. Settlement Proposals are to be sent to SLC immediately for review and further action.

· Latest updates on market are to be shared by AR executives to SLCs daily basis.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions, visits and recovery efforts.

· Judgements and Citations relevant are duly updated as an ongoing activity.

· Regulatory Ombudsman CRM Sr Management complaints are ensured appropriate response with TAT.

· Litigations Stocks are followed up in Courts Consumer Forums for Resolution on daily basis.

· Advocates payments and cases allocations are initiated as and when received.
