Essential Qualification and Experience

• Incumbent should be a Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B.
• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience. Out of which, Min. 3 years as Company Secretary in a listed Company is desirable.
• Exposure in IT Skills is essential, and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
• Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
• Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
