Name of the Post: Assistant Manager (Data Privacy)

Location: Coimbatore

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience to Data Privacy and protection in conducting Gap, Compliance and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) based on DPDPA, GDPR and international privacy laws.

· Bachelor's degree in law, LL.B., LLM, BTech, MTech, MCA

· CIPT/CIPM/CIPPE/ CDPSE/OneTrust/ ISO 27001/ISO 42001/ISO 27701 certifications preferred.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.

· In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Personal Data Protection Bill in India - Change to Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

· Develop and maintain data maps and inventories to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

· Monitor compliance with privacy standards and assist in delivering training programs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate privacy requirements and best practices.

· Exposure to Implementing and maintain privacy-enhancing technologies, including data masking, encryption, and anonymization

· Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) as part of client advisory engagements.

· IAPP, ISACA certifications on Data privacy are a plus
