Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.B. with 2-4 years of Experience in Regulatory and Labour Laws.
• Strong Technical Knowledge.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Labour & Employment Law Consultant (having legal qualification, especially working for manufacturing sector) with experience in advising organisations on Indian labour laws, with special expertise in regulatory HR compliance and policy drafting.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.

Rols & Responsibilities

• The role involves designing, reviewing, and operationalising HR policies, employment contracts, POSH frameworks, and disciplinary procedures for diverse clients.
• The consultant will conduct labour law compliance health checks and deliver technically sound, implementable remediation plans.
• A key responsibility includes technical interpretation and practical application of India's Labour Codes.
• The role requires hands-on guidance on Industrial Relations and Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions (OSH) frameworks, including workforce management, disciplinary processes, restructuring, and workplace safety compliance.
