Position Overview:

The firm is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer with up to 3 years of experience. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers on a diverse range of corporate and real estate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Legal Transactions:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.

• Assisting in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.

• Conducting legal due diligence for corporate transactions.

2. Real Estate Transactions:

• Advising on real estate acquisitions, leases, and joint development agreements.

• Reviewing and drafting sale deeds, lease agreements, and title documentation.

• Conducting property title searches and legal verifications.

3. Research and Advisory:

• Conducting legal research and preparing reports on corporate and real estate laws.

• Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.

4. Client Interaction:

• Assisting in client consultations and coordinating to ensure seamless legal support.

• Representing clients in negotiations and providing strategic inputs.

Location: Chennai

Qualifications and Skills:

• Law degree from a recognized institution.

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or real estate law.

• Strong analytical and drafting skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
