Location: New Delhi

Remuneration: ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (exclusive of applicable allowances)

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have a degree in LL.B. with 3 to 5 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Core Competencies: Excellent command over spoken and written English, exceptional drafting skills, and strong oratory skills for court presentations.
• Work Ethic: A proactive team player and quick learner who takes absolute ownership of responsibilities and maintains strict punctuality.
• Commitment: Willingness to put in long working hours to meet critical court deadlines and client requirements.

Roles & Key Responsibilities

• Independent Case Management: Handle legal matters independently from inception to conclusion, including the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and writs.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients and argue matters confidently before various courts, tribunals, and forums.
• Specialized Litigation: Manage and lead dispute resolution processes, with a specific focus on Arbitration matters related to construction, public tenders, real estate and commercial contracts.
