Remuneration: Rs. 80,000/ - per month

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

· Desirable Qualification: a) Any other degree/ diploma/ certificate course in regulatory law / Communication Engineering. (b)Proficiency and working knowledge of legal software's such as SCC online, Manupatra etc. for collecting and collating judgments of different Courts of Law on a given subject. (c) Should have a working knowledge of Computers and proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

· Desirable Experience: (i) At least three years of experience in legal matters, knowledge about the regulatory laws and experience in dealing with court cases. (ii) Experience in Telecom and Broadcasting Regulatory matters.
